Built for real venues.

Remote Timers is the professional digital timer system for entertainment venues — axe throwing, golf simulators, rage rooms, escape rooms, and rental shops. We built it because the timers that come with venue equipment are brittle, ugly, and impossible to manage at scale.

The problem we kept hearing

Every venue we talked to had the same story. The countdown clocks shipped with their lanes or bays were locked-down, single-purpose devices. Staff had to walk to each station to start a session. When a display failed, a replacement cost hundreds and took weeks to arrive. Nothing matched the venue's brand. Changing session lengths meant reprogramming each clock by hand.

What we built instead

Remote Timers runs entirely in the browser. Any smart TV, tablet, or laptop with a web browser becomes a controllable display. One dashboard drives every screen in your venue — start, pause, reset, swap themes, change durations, all from the front desk. Real-time sync is powered by WebSockets so every screen reacts instantly. Branding, logo, and colors are fully customizable. Public timer links let customers follow along on their own devices.

Who it's for

  • Axe throwing venues — fair, millisecond-accurate timing across every lane for tournaments and walk-ins.
  • Golf simulator bays— one dashboard to manage every bay's booked session time.
  • Rage rooms & escape rooms — big, clear countdowns that set the mood and keep sessions on schedule.
  • Rental shops — public timers with QR codes so guests know exactly how long they have left.

No hardware. No hassle.

You don't install anything. You don't buy anything. You open a URL on whatever screens you already have, and they become part of your timer system. The whole platform runs on infrastructure we maintain — so your team can focus on running the venue, not babysitting the tech.
