Manage viewer connections

The connections page shows every device currently watching your timers — device type, browser, and when it connected — against your plan's limit. You can force-disconnect any viewer instantly. Your limit is simple math: every timer includes 2 connections, plus any standalone connection add-ons.

  1. Review active connections

Open Connections to see the live list. A TV that someone forgot to close and a guest still watching from the parking lot both count, so this is the first place to look when you're near your limit.

  2. Disconnect what you don't recognize

Force-disconnect removes a viewer immediately. They'd need the link again to reconnect, and your own displays are unaffected.

  3. Know your ceiling

Connections limit = your timer count × 2, plus extra-connection add-ons. Five timers = 10 connections included. Closed tabs disconnect immediately; a device that drops without closing cleanly (crash, network loss) is cleaned up automatically within about 45 minutes.

Common questions

What happens when the connection limit is reached?

New viewer screens see a limit message instead of the timer. Your dashboard always gets priority — if the hub needs a slot, the oldest viewer connection is dropped to make room.

Do my dashboard and displays count separately?

Each open browser tab is one connection, whether it's a display or the hub.

How do I get more connections?

Add timers (each brings 2 connections) or add standalone connections at $0.50/month each from billing — up to 200 total at the largest configuration.
