Set up your public venue page
The public venue page gives your whole venue one shareable link: a branded page listing every active timer as a button, so guests tap their lane or room and watch its live countdown. It's off by default — enable it in settings, share the link or its QR code, and regenerate the link anytime to cut off old copies.
Enable it in settings
Turn on the public venue page in your settings. Remote Timers generates a private random link (a long token — not guessable, and not derived from your account).
Brand it
The page automatically shows your brand name in your brand color and your uploaded logo, with each active timer listed as a button.
Share the link
Put it on a lobby screen, print its QR at the front desk, or text it to groups when they check in. Anyone with the link sees the timer list; tapping a timer opens its live display.
Regenerate when needed
If the link spreads further than you'd like, regenerate it in settings. The old link stops working immediately and the page gets a fresh address.
Common questions
Is the venue page visible on Google?
No. Venue pages are deliberately excluded from search engines and AI crawlers — they're for people you share the link with, not for the public web.
Which timers appear on the page?
All of your active (non-deleted) timers. Remove a timer from the dashboard and it disappears from the venue page too.
Can guests control timers from the venue page?
No. The venue page and every timer it links to are view-only. Control always stays with your dashboard login.
